French artist Laurence De Vries is known for his unmistakably powerful art and jewelry designs as well as for being the only independent designer in New York commissioned by the House of Cartier. In this interview, he tells Julie Shattock about some of his life experiences and comments on the first exhibition of his drawings to be held in Guadalajara at the Vertice Gallery.
