Apocalyptica
Finnish heavy metal band return to Guadalajara.

Collaborators
This new play by John Hodge (screenwriter of “Trainspotting,” “Shallow Grave,” “The Beach”) is broadcast at the Estudio Diana as part of London’s  National Theater Live series. Inspired by historical fact, “Collaborators” embarks on a surreal journey into the fevered imagination of the writer as he loses himself in a macabre and disturbingly funny relationship with the omnipotent subject of his drama.

The Enchanted Island
The first “Live from the Met” transmission of 2012 sees an extraordinary new work. In “The Enchanted Island,” the lovers from Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” are shipwrecked on his other-worldly island of “The Tempest.” Inspired by the musical pastiches and masques of the 18th century, the work showcases arias and ensembles by Handel, Vivaldi,  Rameau, and others, and a new libretto devised and written by Jeremy Sams.

Disney Live
Disney Live! La Magia de Mickey (The Magic of Mickey) is the name of a stage show produced by the Disney on Ice team, except this time there’s no ice! All the favorite Disney characters will be on hand for the perfect family show.

Götterdämmerung
Live from the Met broadcasts Wagner’s epic, directed by Robert Lepage.

Beatlemania
The famed Get Back show – regarded as the best Beatles tribute gig in the world.

Fernando Delgadillo
Well-known guitarist in concert.

Elton John
A “Concert for Peace” given by one of rock music’s most enduring artists. This will be John’s first appearance in Guadalajara and a sellout is anticipated.  Concertgoers are asked to wear something white.
