Mexico has just the answer for those of who’ve unsuccessfully juggled long, perplexing Christmas lists. Christmas season here began December 3 and lasts into February. Las diciembrinas (the Decembers) started with a high-spirited run-up to honoring the appearance of the Virgin of Guadalupe December 12, and with blithe invention stretch to February 2 — el Dia de la Candelaria (Candlemas).
