Greater Guadalajara has a number of communities which lie on the perimeter of the Primavera Forest. Bugambilias, Rancho Contento, Pinar de la Venta and other fraccionamientos are technically outside the bosque, yet they share the same rolling hills of pine and oak trees and the same wildlife as inside the famous “lung” of Guadalajara.
