Ranchero singer Carlos Vicente Ocaranza, better known as “Loco Elizalde,” was fatally shot in the early hours of Sunday morning, August 16 while signing autographs for fans after a show outside “La Revancha” bar located at the Chapultepec and Vallarta intersection of Guadalajara.
