New Mexico is stepping up its security — calling in the National Guard to patrol its border with Mexico which includes the violence plagued Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. The changes were sparked by the killing of Robert Kretnz, a 58-year old rancher from Arizona, last Saturday while working on his remote ranch in New Mexico’s Bootheel region.
