Lake Chapala has been selected as the focal point for the 13th biannual International Living Lakes Conference, at which conservationists from around the globe will congregate next month for six days of activities exploring the general topic “Lake Management – Challenges in a Changing World.” Keynote speeches and roundtable sessions will also delve into the sub-theme “Effective Use of Ramsar Management Plans.”
