The lakeside area’s graffiti plague can not be curtailed by any single individual, business enterprise, private organization or local government alone. It is a community problem that can only be solved through a joint effort involving authorities and society as a whole.
Based on that premise, the Lake Chapala Garden Guild convened a meeting Thursday, February 26 at the Riviera Alta clubhouse to introduce community leaders to the Lakeside Wipe out Graffiti initiative.
