Since the start of this year, eight of Puerto Vallarta’s top restaurants have won the coveted International Star Diamond Award, considered one of the most notable achievements in the hospitality industry.
This honor is given by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences, the world’s premiere organization for awarding excellence in travel, cuisine, luxury products and services. The Vallarta restaurants selected for their fine cuisine and superior quality and service are Le Kliff, Cafe des Artistes, Thierry’s Prime Steakhouse, La Palapa, Los Xitomates, Kaiser Maximilian, Vista Grill and Tikul.
Puerto Vallarta is now considered one of Mexico’s most important destinations for excellence in the culinary arts.
