Puerto Vallarta’s 15th International Gourmet Festival, which runs November 12-23, opens with a gala feast at the Casa Velas Hotel Boutique and includes various presentations by world-famous chefs.
Over 25 restaurants will be participating and foodies can enjoy special winemaker’s dinners; sample wine, cheese, and chocolate at special tastings; take part in cooking demonstrations and even partake in a culinary “safari” sampling special dishes at four restaurants in one evening.
