Share

PBS’s Jim Lehrer News Hour will visit Puerto Vallarta on November 19 and 20 to prepare a segment on health care issues for U.S. expats living in Mexico.

Reporters will be present at a town hall meeting organized by Americans for Medicare in Mexico on Friday, November 20, from 2-4 p.m. Attendees will be interviewed on relevant health care topics, including opinions on the effort to bring Medicare coverage to eligible beneficiaries living in Mexico. Paul Crist, founder and president of Americans for Medicare in Mexico, will speak and take questions on the campaign. Since Crist founded the organization earlier this year, he has received international media attention from the likes of USA Today, Forbes and Time.  The meeting takes place at Hotel Hacienda San Angel, Miramar 336, Colonia Centro.
