If you hadn’t already noticed, the soccer World Cup got underway on Friday, when Mexico played hosts South Africa in the inaugural game in Johannesburg in the presence of President Felipe Calderon and 85,000 others.
There was no new Mexican hero, there was a shock when South Africa took the lead and there is still everything to play for.
