I am writing in response to the letters written by Ronald G. Hudson and  Paul Thain, published in the February 13-19 issue of the Guadalajara Reporter.

I continue to be quite concerned about the lack of progress to a solution of the impasse in the administration of one of the jewels of living in Chapala.  I’m sorry as well that your newspaper has recently given undue publicity to a few people intent on disruption.

We enjoyed a nice relaxed visit at the new Bistro Pranzo by the Glorieta in La Floresta last Sunday.

As a former officer of the Chula Vista Association, we would like to comment on the roots of the current turmoil.

I am writing in reply to a letter signed by Ruby Diamond and Roberto Fernandez, regarding Chapala City Hall’s refusal to sell a public street in Chula Vista to the 2009 President of Chula Vista’s Neighbourhood Association, Gary Bradley.
